  • Shipping Fee: Flat $6.99 on all orders, regardless of location.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 8โ€“14 business days

  • Canada / UK / Australia: 10โ€“16 business days

  • Other Locations: 14โ€“21 business days

Note: Delays may occur during high-volume seasons or due to customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

4. International Shipments & Customs

  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.

  • Customs Delays: Breezelyโ„ข is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Change Requests: Must be sent to service@nlheathlymayo.com within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After Processing: Orders that have already entered processing cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your package is damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of delivery. Weโ€™ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement free of charge.
