Important: Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

4. Non-Returnable Items

6. International Orders (EU)

For EU customers, you may return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase.

This is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
